1. Items ordered subject to availability in the quantity, colour and size as required
2. You're responsible for your country's own sale tax and any fees, costs, sums applicable
3. Before placing order please ensure your country allows that specific item to be posted to you. Some items are banned so please do check first!
4. I do not sell things or purchase things that are banned in my own county. I also do not sell the following:-
a. perishable goods such as fruits, vegetables EXCEPT for snacks in packages
b. glass items and easily broken in transit items
c. porn stuff, magazines included
5. All items are found in local shops in Malaysia and all items are priced at MYR (unless converted to USD)
6. I will require up to 3 days to search for the items as you require. Some items may require longer time, such as books which may need to be pre-ordered and will require up to 2 weeks for postage. I will confirm the time required and if you should still wish to proceed, please bear in mind the time factor.
7. I am not responsible for any delay in postage as this is between the post offices.
8. I use only EMS service at Pos Laju. If the item is returned to me, you will bear the additional postage cost to re-send to you.
9. All orders are subject to any terms and conditions as shall be agreed between parties.
