Quite simply, you need someone's help to purchase something when you can't do it yourself or you just want someone to do the leg work. There are many things that a deputy/agent can help or assist. My service is in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia which is a shopping haven. Granted, some things can be obtained in Ebay which are cheaper in other countries, but say that person does not ship to your country but it ships to Malaysia, FREE OF CHARGE. You really want that item. So how? Well, that's where I come in. I become your middle person, I buy from this Ebay account, receive the items, and re-send to you for a small fee plus shipping fee. Another example is books. I notice some local books are triple the price in say, America. You really want that book. I find it for you (subject to availability) and buy it and post it to you for a small fee. I will even assist in purchasing something from Kuala Lumpur to be posted to East Malaysia. The good thing about stuff in Malaysia is instructions are mostly and always in English unlike in other countries, in their native languages. So that could be a factor for you to consider when you want to purchase something that is available here.

I can... 1. scout things for you, but you must be specific or if general, I find it, take a picture of of it and upload for you to confirm if that's it 2. I buy the items for you 3. I will take a picture and send to you as proof of purchase 4. I package it well, find the best postage deal (as Pos Malaysia do offer special rates for local packages and also packages to England), and post it out 5. You will receive your items hopefully in great condition.

You can... 1. If you're not sure what you want, then be specific in your description so that I may find the item for you 2. If you know what you want and you see it in a website (Ebay, online store, online book store, etc), just give me the URL 3. Be patient since it takes time, postage included

You can imagine how difficult to get the item repaired. 6. perishable goods except for air tight sealed snacks (such as dried fruits, etc) 7. Anything that you may suggest that may not be feasible to obtain

I am afraid not. I am also working during the weekdays and so it is inconvenient. However if the postage is expensive for a large item, this can be discussed. If anything, it must be in Kuala Lumpur region.

Very simple. Actual cost of the items (in MYR or USD as applicable) + 20% fee (from actual cost not including postage) or MYR25, whichever is higher + MYR5 for packaging and handling (local)/MYR 10 for packaging and handling (outside of Malaysia) + Actual postage cost (EMS service/Pos Laju/other services requested by you but must be of EMS or similar) + Insurance (if you request it/if any) + additional 20% fee (from actual cost not including postage) or MYR25, whichever is higher levied for cases where scouting is required (where you require an item without specific description and I had to find it for you). All in all, my fee is actually 1. 20% from cost of items or MYR25, whichever is higher AND 2. additional 20% fee (from actual cost not including postage) or MYR25, whichever is higher levied for cases where scouting is required I also provide other services such as mailing addresses, etc. That will however involve a different set of fees to be discussed and agreed between parties.

So as to ensure the items arrive at your given address in good condition and without much delay, all packages will be posted by Pos Laju aka EMS service, whether in Malaysia or outside of Malaysia.

Firstly, that won't happen since I will be posting pictures of the items to you before posting. But if I did, I will refund the actual price of that specific item. I will not refund the postage or my fee.

The item's actual cost plus my fee all up front before I make any purchase. Once I receive your payment, I will purchase the items. I will email with an estimate in postage charges and you will pay the amount again with Paypal (international users) or bank in (local users) 7. Give me 3 days to package them securely and nicely 8. I will post them on Saturdays (except for 1st Saturday) and Sundays, and an email with the tracking number will be emailed to you 9.
